ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Edwin Yip is Tristar Properties’ Associate Director. As the team lead of Tristar, Edwin is responsible for deal origination, project management and customer relations with Tristar clients to maximise their return.

Edwin was a Top Producer in ERA and consistently ranked in the Top 10 and 50 in ERA out of over 7000 agents from 2017 to 2019. During that period, he had transacted more than $150 Million worth of real estate.

Edwin is a believer of long-term customer service relationships and always put his client’s interest ahead of himself. This DNA was honed from his 15 years of global and regional leadership experiences in supply chain, project management and customer service with Apple Inc.

Edwin holds a Masters in Finance and Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (2nd Upper) from NUS.
