Lucrum Capital Building (Currently Known As One Finlayson Green)

Lucrum Capital Building is a 19 storey building located in the heart of the CBD with direct underground access from Raffles MRT Station and walking distance to all amenities. The building has just undergone intensive upgrading program with upgrading works done to the building entrance lobby, lift cars and external lightings.

This 19 storey prime CBD office building was sold to Lucrum Capital in 2010. Tristar was the asset manager for the building.
